We stand behind every jar of ghee we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns and issue full refunds in the following situations:

  • Product received in a damaged or broken condition
  • Product seal was broken or tampered with upon delivery
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
  • Product is expired or near expiry (within 30 days of delivery)
  • Product quality does not match our described standards (rancid smell, discolouration)
  • Missing items from a multi-jar order

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Return request raised after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Product has been partially or fully consumed (unless quality issue)
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Ordered by mistake — please contact us immediately (before dispatch)
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events
  • Subscription orders cancelled after the dispatch date

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us — WhatsApp or call us within 7 days of receiving your order. Quote your order number.
  2. Share Evidence — Send photographs or a short video of the damaged/wrong product to our WhatsApp number.
  3. Verification — Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours and confirm the return.
  4. Pick-up — For approved returns we will arrange a reverse pick-up at no cost.
  5. Refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Methods & Timelines

  • UPI / Wallet: 1–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer within 5–7 business days
  • Store Wallet: Instant (credited to your account wallet)

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch. A full refund will be issued immediately.

After Dispatch: Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

Subscriptions: You can pause or cancel a subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
